These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of any product(s) including any order placed by you for any product(s) over the Website. Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our Website, you must comply with these Terms and any applicable law.

The Website is provided by Minnie Peters and is available for use only by those who are old enough to form a binding agreement under applicable law. You hereby represent and warrant to us that you are over 18 years of age.

OUR PRODUCTS
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the photographs displayed on our site are true reproductions of the original product, adopting every technological solution possible to minimise inaccuracies, variations may occur due to technical and colour resolution of your computer.
PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to Minnie Peters to purchase the goods detailed in your order from us and you are confirming that you agree to and accept these Terms. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these Terms, please contact us before placing an order with us either by telephone + 353 1 293 8581, by email at info@minniepeters.com or by post using the address given above.
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please ensure that you read and check your order at each page of the order process. The order procedure is completed when you select the Order and Pay now option. Payment can be made with all major credit and debit cards.
Upon payment confirmation, your order will be submitted to us for processing and the order may not be changed or cancelled except as expressly provided in these Terms. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the product(s) that you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Minnie Peters.
Taking payment does not mean that we have accepted your order and if for any reason we are unable to accept your order, we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch the product(s) to you. Until we despatch the product(s) to you, no contract will have been formed between us.
We reserve the right at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time. If we refuse your order, we will let you know as soon as is reasonably possible.
PRICING
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown are in euros inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes but do not include the delivery fee.
If we discover an error in our pricing, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price. If for any reason, we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided by you, we will treat the order as cancelled and will notify you by email. Any cancelled orders will be refunded within 14 days of notice of the cancellation.
DELIVERY
We will provide a quote for a third party specialist delivery company upon request, but Minnie Peters does not accept any responsibility for the delivery by such company.
RIGHT TO CANCEL / REFUND POLICY
We will refund or exchange any product(s) that you are not completely happy with if they are returned to us within 14 days of the product(s) being delivered to your nominated address. Please contact us in writing to inform us that the product(s) are being returned by email headed “Notice of Return of Goods”. The product(s) must then be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging and any return delivery cost will be bourne by you.
A refund will be issued to the original payment card no later than 14 days after the date on which we have received the returned product(s). You will be liable for any damage to the product(s) during the period up to and until we receive them at our warehouse.
Your right to cancel does not apply in the case of made-to-measure or custom-made products, products made to your specification or clearly personalised.
Sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note subject to your statutory rights.
COMMUNICATION
If we have to contact you by phone or give you notice in writing, we will do so by email or by post to the address or contact telephone number you provided to us in your order.
LIABILITY, INDEMNITY AND WARRANTIES
The Website is available to all users “as is’ without any representations of any kind, either express or implied.
Minnie Peters does not guarantee that the Website will be free from bugs or viruses or protected at all times against hacking. You are responsible for setting up your computer to access the Website and using appropriate virus protection and firewall software.
Minnie Peters may deny you access to the Website at any time in its sole discretion when we believe that your use of the Website is in violation of any of these Terms, any law or the rights of any third party or was not respectful to others.
Minnie Peters will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of our site and you hereby agree to be responsible to Minnie Peters for and to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, damages, expenses, losses and liabilities incurred and/or suffered by us as a result of any claim in respect of your use of the Website.
